I found a house I wanted to buy, I’m in Scotland, the house was in Oriheula. The problem was the same house was listed with several ‘ agents’ . Whe I enquired about the same house, one agent told me it had sold while another asked me when I would like to view it! This left me very confused. I would hate to book to go over then find out the house has indeed been sold. How can I avoid this happening? Thanks
